Dr. Gabriel Chain

Dr Gabriel Chain, M.B.B.S, B.Sc, FAAP, is a Consultant Paediatrician and Associate Medical Director at Kidswell Health. Board Certified in General Paediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, he brings extensive international experience and a deep commitment to delivering compassionate, expert care to children and families.

After graduating from University College London, Dr Chain completed his foundation training in Edinburgh at the Royal Hospital for Sick Kids and the Royal Infirmary. He then moved to the United States, where he passed the USMLE board exams and earned ECFMG certification. He completed his Paediatric Residency at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Jersey.

Dr Chain has since worked as a hospital-based General Paediatrician and Paediatric ER physician at the prestigious Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, primarily practising at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. More recently, he has specialised in paediatric hospice and palliative medicine at Nemours Children’s Hospital.

Guided by the principle that “children are not just little adults,” Dr Chain is passionate about providing developmentally appropriate, family-centred care. His expertise spans general paediatrics, paediatric emergency medicine, and palliative care, making him a trusted leader in the field.
