Beginning to end was very clear and very professional overall 10 out 10 operations went perfect fantastic!!!!!!
Good clear explanation of surgery process, aftercare and what activities I could resume and when.
The very epitome of a modern professional, personable and engaged, offering clear advice in plain English. As someone who grew up with stuffy old farts sitting in consultant chairs, the difference is stark.

Mr Kamel operated on me in January 2026 and today’s appointment was a follow up to assess my recovery. The operation was a complete success and my wound healed well with little pain and no issues. Mr Kamel explained the whole procedure and expected time for recovery very clearly and was correct about the type of tumour he removed.

Thank you for your kind review
Dr Kamel recommended a colonoscopy as a precautionary follow up to a procedure undertaken some years before. While not without discomfort, I was glad to have this done as it had been almost 6 years since the previous check on my colon.

I am delighted with the results of my recent open hernia surgery with mesh performed by Mr Kamel. From the initial consultation through to my follow-up appointment, his professionalism and expertise were exemplary and consistently evident. Mr Kamel took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. This was my first surgery. He explained the differences between open and laparoscopic surgery, which enabled me to make my decision with confidence. This approach made me feel reassured and positive throughout the entire process. The outcome of the surgery has exceeded my expectations. My recovery was remarkably straightforward, with minimal discomfort, and I am very pleased with the surgical result, as there is virtually no visible scarring. I would highly recommend Mr Kamel.
