I had an excellent experience with Dr Low. From the very beginning (i.e., from booking the appointment) everything was super efficient and smooth. We had a quick pre-app call and Dr Low also helped to book the scan on the same day as the app; she then sent helpful instructions on WhatsApp re the appointment itself. Having had some organisational nightmares with other practitioners in the past, I really appreciated such efficiency and responsiveness of Dr Low. During the appointment itself, Dr Low was very thorough - she took the time to answer all my questions in great detail, I did not feel rushed at any point. Dr Low is not only a knowledgeable doctor, but she is also kind and has a positive attitude, which is equally important! :) After the appointment, she followed up with the results and a detailed report, and tailored recommendations. I would definitely recommend Dr Low!

Dr. Yi Shan Low provided us with exceptional care throughout the pregnancy and the delivery of my baby at Portland Hospital. Their quick responses (even in the early hours on WhatsApp!), expertise, and calm reassurance made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way. I was nervous after two losses but felt handheld through Shan’s care. Bringing a child into the world is one of life’s most important moments, and I am incredibly grateful to have had such a skilled and compassionate obstetrician by my side, both me and my husband are still in awe of how she conducted the entire Labour process, still grateful and thankful each day that has passed since my little boy was born and she will be a part of our lives with these memories forever . Highly recommend Yi Shan, she is the gold standard of obstetricians.

Dr Low is honestly an exceptional Doctor with the right balance of knowledge , compassion and reliability . At my post op c section delivery check up she carried out a full check including a scan , and blood tests and full head to toe scan to Element any risk of complications

Dr Lowe is incredible 👍. She is very kind, caring, and compassionate. Meeting her was truly one of the best things that happened during my pregnancy journey. 😊 She is very approachable and replies within minutes via WhatsApp, almost any time of the day. This truly impressed both me and my husband and gave us great reassurance. She made us feel supported and reassured every step of my planned C-section. She explained everything in detail, which gave me so much confidence. I’m someone who is very scared of pain, but she constantly reassured me throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and as pain-free as possible. Her focus on pain management made such a difference.😄 Dr Lowe is efficient and meticulous. The entire C-section process took less than an hour, even though my anaesthesia was a bit tricky and took more than 40 minutes. After the surgery, she visited us every day and provided exceptional care. Two weeks later, I’m recovering very well. It’s almost pain-free now, and my scar is barely visible. I truly don’t think I could have gone through the C-section without Dr Lowe’s help and encouragement.🙂 We are so grateful for her help in delivering our first baby girl. Thank you for making such a special time in our lives even more meaningful! ❤️💛 I would definitely recommend Dr Lowe to everyone👏, and I would absolutely go back to her if we’re lucky enough to have baby number two.😊
