Dr Mahida has been very clear in his explanations about symptoms, choices of treatment, possible future outcomes and aftercare. I am delighted in the vast improvement in my daily living and optimistic about my future health knowing that he is there should I ever need to repeat any treatment.

Dr Mahida was thorough, calm and clear from start to finish. He explained the procedure in plain language, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what to expect at each stage. I never felt rushed, and that made a big difference when I was nervous. The care I received was excellent throughout. Following a referral from my cardiologist to seek Dr Mahida opinion regarding my ongoing Atrial Fibrillation I attended my initial consultation with Dr Mahida at the Spire Manchester Clinic. I found Dr Mahida very calming and informative. He discussed the options available to me and I accepted his recommendation to proceed with a pulse field ablation to correct my irregular heartbeat. The procedure at the Spire Manchester Hospital was everything that I expected and the staff there were both helpful and supportive. Both Dr Mahida the anaesthesiologist attended me before the procedure giving me a thorough explanation of what would take place, which helped put my mind at rest. The procedure went well and the aftercare given by Dr Mahida was excellent. He explained what to do during the recouperation stage and what to expect. I followed his guidance and had no problems. I am now feeling much better and back to how I was before my condition was diagnosed. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr Mahida to anyone who is suffering as I was from Atrial Fibrillation.

I came to Dr Mahida after a reoccurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation brought on my pneumonia. I chose Dr Mahida based on his experience in treating patients with heat arrhythmia. It proved to be an excellent choice, what a fantastic Doctor. During my first appointment I was completely put at ease and it was thoroughly explained what the treatment options were. I decided to proceed with a pulse field ablation which was a success and I’ve passed the 3 month mark now with no further follow ups or medication needed. Dr Saagar Mahida was amazing to deal with, he has a very calm and caring nature and ensures you fully understand the procedure and gives you plenty of opportunity to ask this stupid questions that you really don’t like to ask but want to know. His communications are really clear and everything sits nicely in your own portal so you can keep track of letters etc lovely guy on the day and made me really calm and gave me the assurance I was looking for.

Admitted for a catheterised ablation, Dr Mahida was fantastic from start to finish with clear communication, a calm manner and an excellent surgical procedure. I cannot thank you enough
