Dr Francesca Puledda

Dr Francesca Puledda is an experienced Consultant Neurologist specialising in headache and facial pain disorders, including migraine, aura, visual snow, trigeminal neuralgia, cluster headache, and tension-type headache. She also has a strong interest in secondary headaches and paediatric headache care. Dr Puledda holds an honorary consultant position at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, where she is involved in both clinical practice and research.

Originally trained in Italy, Dr Puledda graduated from the University of Rome Sapienza in 2010 and completed her Neurology specialisation at Policlinico Umberto I Hospital in 2016. She relocated to the UK that same year and earned a PhD in Clinical Neuroscience in 2020. She previously worked at King’s College Hospital for nearly a decade, where she progressed from Clinical Fellow to Consultant Neurologist.

Dr Puledda currently sees patients at Northway Clinic in East London, a private multidisciplinary healthcare centre known for its comprehensive range of services. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish fluently and is recognised by insurance providers including Cigna, Bupa and WPA.
