Dr Amit Saha

Dr Amit Saha trained as an undergraduate at King's College London. In this time, they completed their MBBS and BSc (Pharmacology). They were also awarded the status of Associate of King's College London. Dr Saha has undertaken extensive training in all aspects of Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine. Their training has included time at the Professorial unit at King's College Hospital and in the Louise Coote Lupus unit at St Thomas' Hospital. Dr Saha has been awarded an MSc in Rheumatology (Distinction) and an MA in Education. They were also awarded a bursary for their research, which focused on measuring disease activity in Rheumatoid Arthritis. Dr Saha has GMC specialist accreditation in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine. They have developed a keen interest in education and were a London Deanery sponsored fellow in Medical Education.

Dr Saha has expertise in treating a wide range of rheumatological conditions. They are highly experienced in the diagnosis and management of inflammatory joint diseases, such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis and other Spondyloarthropathies. They also have a special interest in Connective tissue diseases, including Lupus and Sjogren's syndrome.

Patients with Gout, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, and other general rheumatological problems can also be seen by Dr Saha. They are skilled in the use of various treatments, including drug therapy, joint injections, and lifestyle modifications, to help their patients manage their conditions effectively.
