Good telephone call, Dr was easy to understand and responsive to my questions
Dr Hadavi is consistently excellent in his patient interaction. He is always timely and engaged. Most importantly he is willing to take a holistic view of interconnected issues relating to rheumatology. Follow up has always been excellent
I have a phone follow up call with the doctor. He went through my blood test results and provided great detailed information about the results. He also help me to understand more about my diagnosis. Great help and very pleased!
Dr Hadavi has been very professional, knowledgeable, well organised and efficient . All scans and tests were ordered promtly. Most importanty he demonstrated great empathy to my health concerms. In my moment of desperation he inspired confidence in me that I will be ok.
Dr Hadavi, brought my appointment forward and made time to see me to discuss my various symptoms which I kindly appreciated. He was, as always, very professional, curious, calm, helpful, respectful and compassionate during the appointment, which also consisted of a physical examination. As a result, I felt at ease, really listened to and to ask questions. During this appointment, Dr Hadavi was able to clarify that another recent (skin) diagnosis (and the symptoms being experienced), are not a manifestation of RA, but due to another auto-immune condition - and that the two are separate things. This was very helpful in helping me to understand things and what is happening with my health. Dr Hadavi aLSO offered to re-refer me to an (different) dermatology consultant to investigate things further, which I really appreciated. During the appointment, Dr Hadavi arranged for all the relevant investigative tests to be carried out (bloods, x-rays and also an MRI) to explore my health - and in preparation for the suggested future treatment plan.
I don't usually write feedback Dr's usually speak in their own language which is hard to comprehend Dr Hadavi took his time explaining the options and explained things in a simple way which made me feel really comfortable
Telephone appointment was efficient, clear and reassuring. Recent scan results were given and discussed, particularly helpfully in the wider context of my overall health and well being. Thank you Dr Hadavi.
Dr Hadavi is a kind and very knowledgable Rheumatology consultant. I have always found his care to be incredibly comprehensive and holistic, and he goes out of his way to provide the best possible patient treatment. I have no hesitancy in recommending my patients to him.
