Dr Alistair Makin

Dr Alistair Makin is a leading Consultant Gastroenterologist with a special interest in Endoscopy, Hepatobiliary and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. He currently holds an NHS Consultant post at Manchester Royal Infirmary where he is the Clinical Director for the South Manchester Bowel Screening Programme. He offers more accessible healthcare at BMI Healthcare and Spire Healthcare private practices, where he holds evening clinics at a time convenient to clients. Dr Makin qualified from the Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1988 with a Medical Degree and was awarded a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of London in 1995.
