Dr Chris Booth is a highly accomplished Consultant Anaesthetist and Intensive Care Consultant based in Manchester. He provides expert anaesthetic care across a diverse range of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal pain management before, during, and after surgery. With a dual focus on anaesthesia and critical care, Dr Booth is dedicated to delivering reassuring, high-quality clinical care tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

In his clinical practice, Dr Booth possesses extensive expertise in general and regional anaesthetic techniques, including the precise placement and management of epidurals. He is highly skilled in providing bariatric anaesthesia for weight loss surgeries, as well as managing complex anaesthesia for major cancer resections, including colorectal, gynaecological, urological, endocrine, and upper gastrointestinal surgeries. His critical care expertise encompasses neuro-critical care, advanced airway management, and post-operative pain management, making him exceptionally well-equipped to support patients undergoing complex surgical pathways.

Dr Booth completed his medical degree (MB ChB) at the University of Manchester, graduating in 2003.
