Dr Andrew St Clair Logan

Dr Logan was a Consultant in Pain Management and Anaesthetics at the Countess of Chester NHS Trust for 24 years but resigned in July 2019 to pursue an increasing private and medico-legal workload. He also working privately at several hospitals. He is involved in the assessment and treatment of patients with long-term pain or acute exacerbations of pain, including joint, neuropathic, chronic post-operative pain and complex regional pain syndrome. He has many years experience and has an informal but logical approach to the diagnosis or treatment of chronic pain.

Dr Logan also has direct links and works with spinal surgeons, physiotherapists and clinical psychologists.

He offers a wide variety of specialised treatments such as facet joint injection, facet joint radio frequency: cervical, thoracic and lumbar and Simplicity III SI joint treatment.

Dr Logan provides a number of treatments for nerve root pains, sciatica and prolapsed discs in patients where surgery is not being considered or where patients prefer to avoid surgery..

Currently Dr Logan is providing ground breaking non-invasive side effect free treatment for acute, chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions and injuries in his unit in the Chester Wellness Centre.

Dr Logan enjoys listening to music, cycling, skiing and playing keyboards in a professional rock band.
