Dr Ben Griffiths is an accomplished Consultant General Surgeon who delivers high-quality surgical care across elective and emergency settings. In his clinical practice, Dr Griffiths focuses on complex abdominal procedures, emergency general surgery, and advanced lower gastrointestinal conditions. His clinical interests encompass minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, emergency laparotomies, complex abdominal wall reconstruction, and advanced surgical interventions for complex bowel conditions. Dr Griffiths completed his higher surgical training in North-West England, followed by specialist post-qualification fellowships in Aberdeen and Leeds. He attained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in General Surgery in 2009. A dedicated leader in surgical training, he serves as the Director of Education and Training for the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland.
