Dr Anna Paisley

Dr Anna Paisley is an accomplished Consultant General Surgeon who specialises in Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery and Emergency General Surgery. Dedicated to delivering high standards of care, she provides expert surgical management for individuals with complex abdominal and gastrointestinal conditions. Her practice is centred on providing thorough clinical evaluations and compassionate, patient-focused care.

In her clinical work, Dr Paisley focuses on the management of both benign and malignant oesophagogastric conditions, alongside acute surgical emergencies. Dr Paisley completed her medical degree at the University of Oxford Medical School, qualifying in 1993. She subsequently completed a Master of Arts in Physiological Sciences in 1994 and was awarded a Doctor of Medicine research degree in 2003. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a Fellow of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers.
