I am so happy and glad i went to Vision Scotland ,Glasgow , my whole experience was wonderful and i wish i had done it sooner. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about getting it done .
Very friendly and informative staff .very pleased with everything
I had Bilateral Cataract Surgery (early onset cataracts). My initial contact with Vision Scotland Glasgow was on 28th May via phone call & email. Assessment date was scheduled for 8th June; I was extremely apprehensive but immediately put at ease by the very welcoming and professional ladies at reception and during my various routine eye tests with the nurse. I then went on to meet and have tests done by Mr Martin McNeill – Optometrist and Mr Soo Park – Ophthalmic Surgeon, both made me feel extremely at ease and explained the surgery in full and the different choices open to me. The day of the surgery was set for 15th June, again the full procedure was explained to me which helped put me at ease. Everything was timed to perfection and before I knew it, it was all over and completely painless. Even in the very early stages of my recovery my vision was awesome, 6 weeks on I have better than 20:20 and no need for glasses or contact lenses it's a fantastic feeling. To all at Vision Scotland Glasgow you are all fantastic. I would highly recommend Vision Scotland you will not be disappointed.

Travelled from Orkney to have cataract operation. Consultation took place in the morning and operation in the afternoon. This saved me having to make two trips. All staff were excellent, caring and professional. My wife and son in law who attended with me were also well looked after.A big thank you to Mr Prateek Agarwal who carried out the op.

Visit for cataract surgery. Apart from a panic attach during first eye surgery it was fine. Staff very attentive and nice.

From the moment we entered the clinic we were met with happy smilng faces. We felt completely at home and were offere tea, coffe and biscuits. The waiting area alone was very clean and comfortable.
