The clinic was clean and welcoming. I wasn't nervous about my treatment because everyone was so kind and helpful at my first visit. All the people who dealt with me, from receptionists to nurses to the surgeon himself, were equally kind and reassuring.

From the first consultation to the cataract operation itself, I was looked after by all the staff I encountered. The operation itself, performed by Mr. Soo Park, was totally painless. The aftercare was explained well and the printed aftercare booklet was very clear and simple to follow.

We did have problems finding the right lane to turn off but we still managed to arrive on time. Very friendly and helpful reception and a very nice place for partners to wait and relax. Dr Gupta was professional and calming.

I have visited Vision Scotland Glasgow on a few occasions now and each time I have been dealt with promptly and courteously. All staff have been very friendly and reassuring as I was a bit nervous about the process at first. I have been very satisfied with the results and the standard of aftercare. From the initial visit for my eye test to the day of my surgery all the staff were very friendly and helpful , very informative during the full process and very attentive, dr flavahan was first class with me and puts you at ease before and during surgery , as with all the staff I came into contact with, my lense replacement was pain free and would highly recommend as I’m reading my phone etc the next day, thank you to all the staff and dr flavahan for a great experience..Elio
