We had a very positive experience at Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital when our young daughter underwent adenoid surgery. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional and incredibly kind. As parents, we were naturally anxious about our little one having surgery, but the team made us feel reassured and well supported throughout the whole process. Everyone we met was patient and caring towards our daughter, taking the time to explain what was happening and making sure she was comfortable. The nurses and medical team were attentive both before and after the surgery, and we always felt that she was being looked after very well. The facilities were clean, comfortable and well organised, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free for us as a family. We are very grateful to the entire team at Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital, especially for the care and kindness they showed towards our daughter. It made a difficult experience much easier for us, and we would happily recommend the hospital to other parents.

I cannot fault the exceptional care I received at The Holly Hospital (Nuffield Health). From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. It is abundantly clear that they genuinely care for every patient who walks through their doors. From the reception team to the nurses, surgical staff, and physiotherapy team, each individual is an absolute credit to their profession. A special mention must go to Janet, who greeted my wife and me on arrival. She immediately made us feel welcome and put us at ease as she escorted us to my post-operative room. She took the time to walk us through all the room’s amenities with warmth, reassurance, and a friendly smile, which set the tone for the entire stay. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to my surgeon, Dr Jaison Patel. From our initial consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable. His personable approach, taking the time to understand my situation and the reasons behind my knee surgery, was remarkable. He is unfailingly polite, professional, and an outstanding knee surgeon whose expertise gave me total confidence throughout the process. Finally, my thanks go to my physiotherapist, Alex. He greeted me with such warmth and positivity post-operation. He has been fantastic, offering sound, practical advice and guiding me through clear, effective rehabilitation exercises that have set me on the right path to recovery.
