The staff at holly, from the receptionists to the nurses, to the cleaners are all Brilliant, polite, happy and helpful. The hospital itself is clean, very well managed and parking outside is always available. Whilst having this done when covid is around, I never felt unsafe, or worried of catching covid as all were taking the right precautions and rules. Very very clean.

Overall very good, but seven different people came into my private room in preparation for the surgery. Normally wouldn't mind but seems this could be streamlined to minimize contact at this time

The Holly is obviously a first rate establishment. I was an NHS referral patient but felt I was treated no different from their private patients. I have no complaints about how I was treated on the day
