I had a fantastic experience. The staff team were welcoming from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The surgical team really put me at ease and I felt very safe. I had visits from the anaesthetist and surgeon upon arrival and again before I left which I haven’t experienced in other private hospitals. I would happily use Oaklands again and would recommend it to everybody.

From reception to the wards, all staff were helpful and polite. Everyone identified themselves initially, which was very helpful. The room was comfortable and I had everything I needed. It was helpful to attend the pre op session and have the opportunity to ask practical questions. Since the surgery my regular physio sessions have been really helpful, and it is great to have updates on my progress
