I would like to have an online interaction with a medical professional between visits to answer any questions. It would have been better if I had been able to check in at x Ray as it was infuriating to have go to # clinic and back to xray then back to # clinic. I had to complain to PALS when I received a cancellation early on in the treatment journey, the replacement appt was 6 weeks later, which was inappropriate. When I complained directly to the department I was told it was the next appointment.

My recent visit was a 12 week post op appointment for RTKR. Ongoing recovery discussion was held and areas clarified. I have now been discharged as such and provided with details of who to contact if I have any issues or concerns. I very happy to accept the seriousness of the operation and know, although discharged I will still need to conduct recovery exercises and to build upon them as discussed. Thank you .

Mr Yassa recently performed total right hip replacement for my wife. The entire experience has been outstanding. He is a highly skilled surgeon who genuinely listens to his patients and explains everything clearly, which gave us immense confidence going into the procedure. At the 6-week review earlier today, my wife's recovery is going well although she is still a bit wobbly. But the most important thing is that the chronic hip pain has completely disappeared. We are so grateful to Mr Yassa and his team for giving my wife a quality of life back. A truly excellent consultant who we have no qualms recommending to anyone without hesitation.

My most recent visit was a follow up following my total hip replacement in February. Mr Yassa and his team have been brilliant from start to finish of what was a painful journey made much easier by their care, support and understanding. Thank you.
