Mr Andrew MacDonald is one of the most kind and caring and professional doctors I have met as I am a recently retired mental health nurse with NHS Lanarkshire and know the importance of more positive patient outcomes if patients have confidence and trust in a doctor who takes time to explain procedures in a jargon free way ; invites questions from patients and family and displays excellent eye to eye contact in all interactions with a patient. My pre and post op nursing and medical care was excellent all the nursing staff in the ward from the nurse manager to the nursing assistants I found to be kind caring and professional Anne R.

My experience at Elanic was very pleasant, the staff from the domestics to my consultant Mr. Bryceland was very professional and yet very friendly, nothing was a bother for them. They made me very comfortable and confident in my procedure.

I came back to see Vivek as my implants have dropped a lot due to weightloss, he was very helpful and I’m looking forward to my next surgery to fix the problems I have. Vivek is such a kind and compassionate surgeon and nothing is ever to much trouble.
