Mr Raza was polite and personable. He explained things clearly and I never felt that he was rushing me. Most importantly to me, I felt heard.
Mr Raza was amazing towards my gran who had a new hip replacement. He was patient, polite and very professional explaining things and as a family we knew our gran was in the best of hands. He was explained everything well and kept us informed all the time.
Very efficient visit to Ross Hall where I was seen on time, knee issue queried and some movements carried out to determine the problem and thereafter a quick visit downstairs to get some x rays taken. By the time I got back upstairs the x rays were examined and the initial findings confirmed. This was followed by a comprehensive explanation of the problem with different options of solutions provided with pros/cons and timescales indicated. I left the hospital with a good understanding of my knee issue and the facts to allow decisions to be made going forward. Overall a very positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ali Raza to future patients with knee issues.
Dr Raza explained pain I was experiencing in left hip was not from arthritis but from trochanteric bursitis and gave me an injection on the day. He advised he will write to my doctor and that I will need physio and maybe further injections (however he is hopeful this is not the case) Can I say a big thank you to Dr Raza he listened to myself and my husband and was very caring doctor

on my 3rd visit to Orthopedic I was treated with Mr Ali who put me in a comfort zone as I have a fobia of Hospitals, on giving me a heck over and getting results of x ray he told me to do some movements on my arm and he would be applying fo physio to which I thanked him for taking time to checking me
