I used to have concerns that online therapy may not b as effective as face to face. Dr Owley has proven me wrong. 

I saw Dr Owley recently over a a period of 2 months, whist going through a particularly difficult period of my life, suffering with depression and OCD. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr Owley doe to her open and personable style and demeanour. Dr Owley was great at suggesting behaviour changes which enabled me to gain momentum in my recovery. It is rare to find a psychiatrist with such a deep knowledge of both medications and therapeutic models, which is a real benefit of working with Dr. Owley. I would definitely recommend working with Dr. Owley.

My experience of online practice was highly positive. It was so convenient that I was able to have my therapy sessions from my own home. We were able to find a time that suited me best and Dr. Owley was very flexible and accomadating. 
The sound and picture quality were excellent. I would certainly use online practice again.
