She is clearly an expert in recurrent thrush and complex gynaecological issues, and her depth of knowledge is obvious. I did a significant amount of research before booking with her, and I’m so grateful that I did, she truly stands out in her field. I feel completely safe and confident under her care. Her receptionist/secretary is equally wonderful - kind, personable and incredibly helpful. The whole experience feels professional yet human, which is rare and so appreciated. I feel very lucky to have found her (and that she happens to practise nearby). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking expert, thoughtful care.

Dr Lord was fantastically helpful with my symptoms, with a very sensitive approach to an intimate subject, putting me at ease and making me feel supported. After 3 years of ongoing symptoms, countless tests and multiple gynaecologists, I had completely given up hope of ever finding a solution to my problem. She is clearly very passionate about helping women with this unique problem and is also at the forefront of treatment options and solutions to get people back to being happy and healthy again! After years of feeling frustrated, confused and at a complete loss as to what to do next, within 45 minutes with Emily I had a full treatment plan and reassurance that she'd be there for me until we had the right solution. I cannot recommend Dr Lord enough! I went to her today after months of worrying about recurrent thrush and a very long list of my worries to share. She listened to every single thing I had to say and at no point did I feel rushed. I've left with an action plan and feel confident and happy again. My mind is at ease which is worth any cost!

Dr Lord has provided exceptional care and support. I have had recurring skin problems, and Dr Lord has helped me to get to the bottom of what is causing the issue. I have really appreciated the time she has taken to understand and explore solutions with me.
