I had an initial consultation with Dr Steph at the Nuffield Hospital, Bournemouth, where she has just started a clinic. She was extremely helpful and thorough and clearly set out a treatment plan and solutions for me. She s a really empathetic clinician. I feel so much better about my skin!

Dr Arnold seemed very knowledgeable, empathetic and experienced. After over a year of countless doctor appointments Dr Arnold was understanding and reassuring and I feel encouraged and confident in her diagnosis and medical strategy moving forward. She is also available for me to contact should I require further assistance/advice.

I was pretty anxious about having surgery, albeit small, to a very visible part of my face. Dr Steph explained the procedure and was honest about the pain levels I might experience having the anaesthetic put in. I had a couple of questions which I felt were answered clearly . The procedure went ahead as described and Dr Steph was very reassuring at each stage.. Afterwards it was explained how to look after my wound and I was given a care package with a contact number in case of any issues . Shortly after I received an email coped to my GP outlining diagnosis, procedure aftercare and follow up. A week on I am healing well. I feel that having clear explanations at each stage from a reassuring and highly professional doctor has really helped.

I would highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Arnold. She is thorough. Very clear and concise in her explanations. I feel lucky to be under her care.

My visit during the week with Dr Stephanie Arnold was a follow up meeting and as always she was most helpful. She reassured me that the areas of skin she had been treating were looking so much better and produced photographs of the before and after treatment. She is kind in her delivery of care and support.
