As always, Steph was extremely friendly, caring and attentive, and was clear in explaining the next stages of my treatment.

Dr. Arnold was super friendly and warm and made me feel at ease. Very happy I chose her to check my moles. She took her time to explain everything in details and show me things on the magnifier.

This was my first annual follow up/ ongoing monitoring of my condition. Since my last appointment I had a flare up but Dr Arnold had made herself available via Zoom so I have always felt help was readily available. At today’s appointment Dr Arnold was welcoming, reassuring and immediately put me at ease. As at previous appointments it was clear that she was interested in the whole of me not just my condition. She is just about the only doctor I have seen who truly assesses me holistically. And as before, I left feeling I had been given a thorough assessment and ‘heard’. Thank you Steph.

I felt immediately at ease with Dr Steph and was able to talk to her regarding intimate and normally embarrassing issues. I felt she was incredibly kind and thoughtful and didn’t rush me in any way. She was also so thorough in that she examined things that were related to, but not the main reason for my appointment. She took time explain the reason for the issues I have and this was so helpful as this has given me ways to cope with and improve my condition. Previous experience has shown me that this often isn’t the case and that one can finish a consultation with the feeling that nothing has changed. I am really grateful that I was able to see Dr Steph.

Dr Arnold was extremely calm, kind and caring. I immediately felt at ease and felt incredibly comfortable in being able to raise all of my concerns and questions. She has a lovely demeanour and is extremely knowledgeable! A true expert in her field. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Arnold if anyone has any concerns or issues in the field of dermatology! My confirmation letter of diagnosis and my follow up appointment were both completed on the same day of my initial appointment. It was an incredibly caring, professional and highly efficient service with an amazing personal touch. Thank you!!!
