It was a massive relief to have a call from Miss Lamiese Ismail and I felt she delved into and reassured me of concerns and queries I had making me feel listened to and understood. I now have much more of an awareness of what a hydrosalpinx is and the other issues we spoke about. I felt she acted fast and there was always a list of options in regards to what needed to be done. I got of the call feeling comfortable, supported and understood. Thank you.

Miss Ismail was excellent throughout my appointment. She explained my conditions and all of the treatment options clearly, answered my questions, and took the time to ask which option I preferred rather than making the decision for me. She discussed why my preferred treatment was appropriate and arranged a referral. I felt listened to, well informed, and involved in the decision-making process. Thank you for such a positive experience.

A very warm and friendly nature whilst remaining professional. Miss Ismail was very thorough, asking questions and listening to my concerns. Everything was clearly explained before and during the examination and the procedure made as comfortable as possible. I was able to ask questions, I did not feel rushed and Miss Ismail summarised her findings and an action plan was put in place with a follow up appointment.
