Sophie studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Surrey. Since graduating in 2013, she has worked in the NHS across various specialities, including mental health, weight management, and general gut health.
In 2016, Sophie founded Fresh Approach Nutrition. Her mission was to offer patients more personal dietary support to improve their relationship with food for the long run. While still working part-time in the NHS, Sophie spends the other half of her time working as a private dietitian, providing clients with personalised 1:1 support for IBS and gut health issues.
Sophie’s approach combines evidence-based science with compassionate care, helping clients find practical, sustainable solutions for managing IBS and other digestive health concerns.
