Before Surgery he came to see me and advised what he was going to do and was kind.

It was phenomenal. It was such a quick turn around from my consultation to my surgery that I was astonished. He laid everything out clearly and made sure I was aware of the process and expected outcome at every step. Furthermore, the surgery was AMAZING, I made mock ups of what I would have wanted and he went above and beyond to do better. I cannot recommend him enough, so friendly and lovely making me feel secure in my choice through out. [For addition context this was for rhinoplasty specifically].

My examination was conducted professionally. The examination was extensive to meet the requirement for a supported diagnosis to be made. Various options for ongoing treatment were given, with the pros and cons explained clearly. A way forward has been agreed which meets my requirements.

Mr Nav was straight to the point - asked about the original problem, current symptoms, any medication/s which has been prescribed since the symptoms began. Then explained what the procedure would involve. Performed the procedure quickly and pain free (slight discomfort but it was a scope of sinuses), showed and explained his findings and off I went.

Mr Ranganathan is a very kind consultant who really listens to you when explaining your ssues. He explained my diagnosis and suggested surgery very clearly and I felt at ease being his patient from the very start. My surgery was a success and I've already started to see improvements only 3 weeks after. The follow-up with Mr Ranganathan was also excellent.
