She clearly explained with simple language and a diagram, which is always a huge help to make you feel comfortable and understand what's happening. The next steps were clear and she was thorough to ask extra questions about my daughter outside of the issue I came to her for. I was very appreciative for her approach, how she made me feel, clear diagnosis and next steps.

Only problem was the speed of communication. My doctor needed an urgent letter to change my prescription. This has taken 14 days and necessitated me chasing Dr Gardners secretary.

Dr George Farah was very calm and made me feel at ease. He listened and was very thorough. I am please with the plan of action that has been set out.
