Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

There is great professionalism in this group of Doctors. They listen carefully to the problems and leave nothing to chance. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/
