My consultation was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I saw was professional but also made me feel at ease and were friendly. And the questions I asked about the surgery I am going to have was answered thoroughly. I was happy with the reassurance I was given about my surgery.

Pleasant, relaxing environment. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Seen very promptly. Lovely consultant, appointment was not rushed. Consultant listened carefully to the answers to his questions to both myself and my wife - engaging us both thoroughly throughout the consultation, making what could have been a rather stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Appraised our views and evidence, recording on laptop as we conversed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I would like to praise Natasha. You will see on my record that I have had over 25 scans. I know what takes away my worries and helps me. Natasha's attitude and help to manage my worries and to listen to me made it easier. I would recommend that she shares her attitude approach to colleagues but also other scans in London.
