Josephine, one of the admin. staff, was friendly and helpful. I had a follow-up t appointment with Prof. Chaudhuri re my Parkinson's. As on previous occasions, I found him very easy to talk to and very informative. He answered my questions and dealt with my concerns. He inspires confidence. When I left the place I was feeling very happy.

My neurologist you provided privately, Dr Papachatzaki, is very disappointing and has clinically let me down. I still do not a confirmed diagnosis despite several MRI’s. I have attended several appointments on line during my this time with no recommendations either despite asking for one for physiotherapy which has helped. The feedback letters are short in inconsistent with the meeting and require several requests after weeks before they even arrive.

We we're greeted as soon as the door was open. The Dr was very friendly and informative.

I contacted Dementech Neurosciences regarding my son who was suffering from a neurological disorder. His condition worsened and he was developing new symptoms. I as a parent wanted help and a diagnosis for my son. Dementech Neurosciences was recommended by a family member, I was so glad of the recommendation as they were amazing. Josephine who I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, really nice really understanding actually listened to me and advised me what to do. I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.

Josephine the secretary is incredibly helpful patient and provided all the information in due time, as well as assisting my inquiry of meeting with the psychiatrist Dr Ajoy Thachil, who made himself available for my consultation. To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.

Same day consultation with an excellent neurologist Dr d’Anna after suffering a concussion. He provided me with an urgent referral for a scan after reviewing my symptoms and I had answers within a few days. A follow up consultation was not required which was appreciated as I was self paying. The supporting staff were excellent too and replied to my emails immediately.
