Excellent staff and very prompt.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. He also paid great care and attention to hygiene and the clinical environment was always clean and disinfected. Thank you, Dr. Abbas.

Overall good experience though some of the staff on desk could do with being a bit more friendlier and less chatty with each other when people are waiting. One particular lady thinks she owns the place
