Very welcoming, very clean, outpatient staff lovely, anaesthetist and assistant made me feel safe and had lovely bedside manners. 2 nurses let me down with their abrupt manner and treated me awfully. I was left 24 hours without food or drink and so this ruined my stay

I took my 14 year old son to see the GP Dr Jadczak and the care he received was outstanding. Thorough assessment and full treatment plan with options. Worth every penny for a face to face appointment.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.
