He explained the procedure very clearly, and on the day he removed my gallbladder via keyhole surgery, leaving me with almost no scarring AND I have had zero issues post surgery. As always Mr Singhal was very polite and friendly which always helps me to feel at ease. He listened whilst I provided him with an update before outlining the next steps to be taken. He also took the time to explain in further detail the importance of the fibre supplement tablets that he was recommending I took.This was both interesting and enlightening. At the conclusion of the meeting I left feeling reassured and with a clear plan of what steps were required ,and why, going forwards. Once again I cannot stress enough how comfortable Mr Singhal makes both myself, and my wife, feel with the manner in which he explains everything for which we are both very grateful.
