I attended Mr Bailey’s clinic really very ill, in chronic pain and very apprehensive however from the moment I explained my history and symptoms Mr Bailey put me at ease and gave me every confidence that he could help me He was very polite and professional at all times talking me through the process throughout. I am extremely grateful for not only his but also his Team’s (Nicola - secretary) expert care and attention.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Mr Bailey. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout and I am incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me . He is always friendly, kind and reassuring, and takes his time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand what is happening at every stage. He always has a smile on his face and has a wonderful way of making me feel completely at ease, even when you may be feeling anxious or unsure. His care, professionalism and genuine kindness have made such a difference to my experience. I feel incredibly lucky to have been looked after by him, and I can never be more grateful for everything he has done for me . He is really exceptional at what he does .

Mr Bailey carried out my laparoscopic cholecystectomy and within two weeks of my initial consultation I was booked in for the operation. After being so unwell beforehand, having everything dealt with so quickly made such a difference to me. Mr Bailey is outstanding for his kindness, reassuring nature and sense of humour. From the first time I met him he made me feel completely at ease and that I was in safe hands.
