Saw the professor in April 2023 regarding an old rotator cuff repair that had broken down. After thoroughly checking my problem, his recommendation was for a reverse shoulder replacement. What I valued, apart from his friendly approach, was the detailed explanation given to me as to what I could expect from such an operation. I have seen the professor twice since then - a month after the operation and again in late May. Once again - detailed information and advice given, and my wife invited to come in to the examination. She much appreciated this involvement, knowing what to expect (and not expect!). I have been discharged now and things have gone almost exactly as Professor Jariwala predicted. His operation has improved my life in several ways. After 4 months since the operation, I have much more use of the arm which had been deteriorating over the previous two years. Great guy, brilliant "bedside manner" and gave honest appraisal.

Mr Sinha was an excellent clinician who went over and above to ensure all of my needs were catered to. The quality of my surgery was excellent and exceeded expectations with regards to recovery and results and I would recommend him to anyone with shoulder issues.

Being a bit nervous,not knowing what to expect Mr J Malal kept me well informed of all progress and his friendly mannerisms left me feeling at peace with the surgery I went through and after care.hopefuly i won't be needing anymore surgeries in the the future but I certainly will call on him if needed.Thank you Mr Malal for all you have done.Im on the mend and feeling great.

Shoulder OP with the Exceptional Dr David Butt. I have had a shoulder issue for 6 months that was not getting any better with many visits to the physio. I had an injection to relieve the pain as I was not sleeping and finally had surgery to clean up my shoulder impingement. Dr Butt was extremely caring and understanding and very easy to communicate with. A great sense of humor and a welcoming attitude. A great Dr that I definitely recommend 5 Star service from him & his staff

Mr Kenyon was clear about the options post MRI and made sure to ask my thoughts. The way he communicated and his manner gave me full confidence in the process. He also explained the operation fully pre-op and updated me on the outcome post-op in terms I could understand.
