My experience with Dr Abdalla has been fantastic. She is friendly and personable and I quickly felt like I could trust her. She clearly explained my condition and proposed treatment and always took time to answer any questions I had. I am happy with the results of my surgery so far. I was referred to Mr. Sacheen Kumar from Kingston Hospital. I found Mr. Kumar, professional, approachable and caring. My diagnosis was plainly described and the options available to me. I decided to have an operation and the procedure was clearly explained. As a patient, I felt "I was in good hands' under his care. Mr. Kumar visited me regularly during my hospital stay, reassuring me if I had any concerns. I am pleased with the results.

I was quite nervous before my endoscopy, but Dr. Pannick‘s gentle and friendly manner helped me to calm down. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions I had and was very careful during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Pannick. Thank you!
