Mr. Munasinghe has a fabulous bedside manner. Very reassuring and a very good listener -- he can put you at ease. The procedure went very smoothly, thankfully, and my recovery has been swift and successful. Mr. Munasinghe was there each step of the way and I am very grateful to him.

What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

From the moment I met Mr Crinnion I felt I was in safe hands, my experience was he was completely honest about the possible outcome and explained the procedures I needed and why. I cannot recommend him enough. Mr Crinnion has a lovely bedside manner he is caring and patient.
