Quick appointments. Great specialists.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

Mr Bott is extremely measured and reassuring in his advice. He always highlights the risks and benefits in arriving at his conclusions

Good clinic

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Staff were friendly, I was booked in quickly, have no faults with my experience there.

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.
