I have only just started my process with Ryan, so I am sure there is more learning to be had. But the process so far has been great. Ryan is attentive, encouraging, and kind and has been able to provide a challenging lens to things without being discouraging. Joe provided a really great experince thoughout all of our sessions. I was given the guidance but also the space to explore the ways in which i was working and how my mind worked. Joe was also supportive throughout our sessions.
