Mrs Shahid was an outstanding doctor who's experience and professionalism was forefront from the very beginning. What I found exceptional was her ability to relate in real terms with me, she showed genuine care throughout my journey.

Mr Salim is an absolutely brilliant consultant and one of the most caring and thorough doctors I have ever been in the care of. While fertility treatment has a lot of unknown variables, Mr Salim and all his team were exceptional at answering questions best they could and making me feel as comfortable as possible. Mr Salim never made me feel like anything was too much trouble, being readily available to answer any questions while also being realistic and providing expert care and guidance throughout the entire process. Where other clinics may have turned me away, he took the time to understand my situation with a tailor made treatment plan that achieved the results I was looking for at this time. His knowledge and patience is unmatched - I couldn’t recommend him more. 5 stars to Mr Salim, any patient would be in very safe hands with him.

My experience with Dr Gordon has been overwhelmingly positive. He is not just a gifted surgeon; his kindness and compassion have shone through at every stage of my treatment. Dr Gordon is a great communicator, and he really took his time to talk me through every step of a complex procedure. He avoided jargon and explained everything in the clearest terms possible. His calm and caring approach really helped to put my mind at rest, and to reassure me that I was in good hands from the outset. During the actual procedure, I really felt that I was with a true expert in the field who genuinely cared for his patients. His follow-up care has been superb too. He’s taken the time to ask how I’m feeling, and to check that the surgery has gone as well as possible. I would therefore recommend the care of Dr Gordon without hesitation.

Mr Faris was very kind and professional, I cannot rate him high enough. He had a very personal touch and provided best individual care. I have had a lot of complications along the journey, even in early pregnancy. Every time I have contacted him for advice or questions, he had been empathetic, understanding and extremely approachable. I absolutely recommend him and the whole Lister fertility clinic team - they all are brilliant.
