I found Mr Marshall to be exceptional. His relaxed and informative manner immediately put me at ease and his sense of humour helped. Answered any question I had and fully informed me of the procedure, including the pre-assessment, and of course the inherent risks of surgery.

He visited before & after my operation & was very reassuring each time. My final visit today I confirmed that I've made a super recovery and this is in no short measure due to the care I received. Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

My experience with Dr Francis has been fantastic. He is professional and wonderful. The surgery went exactly as planned and I am very grateful that I chose him for the procedure (gallbladder removal).
