The experience I had with Dr Chakravorty was outstanding, he was really good with explaining exactly what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. My consultations never felt rushed and I got the impression he really cares for his patients. She and her team have taken on the burden of making sure I speak to the correct people (from geneticist to psychologist) and making all arrangements. At what is an incredibly scary, daunting and overwhelming time, having Miss Franks looking after me and figuratively holding my hand has been sanity saving. She is an incredibly rare combination of clinical excellence and skill, professionalism and compassion. I feel so lucky to have been under her exceptional care.
