I found Mr Marshall to be exceptional. His relaxed and informative manner immediately put me at ease and his sense of humour helped. Answered any question I had and fully informed me of the procedure, including the pre-assessment, and of course the inherent risks of surgery.

Mr Evans was polite and professional at all times. During my initial consultation he confirmed my diagnosis and how he would proceed. He visited before & after my operation & was very reassuring each time. My final visit today I confirmed that I've made a super recovery and this is in no short measure due to the care I received. A job well done by Mr Evans. My grateful thanks.

Tan explains things so clearly. He cheerfully explained the procedure, what might hurt afterwards and exactly what I needed to do to make a quick and full recovery. He was so generous with his time and even telephoned me the next day to explain what he found and ask how I was. He is excellent.

Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

Mr Alex Leo immediately set me at ease with his clear and direct explanations alongside a jovial and friendly attitude. He has been absolutely instrumental in helping my complex fistula problem, I could not be more grateful. Everything was done with the utmost care and he always had time for my extensive questions. He is evidently highly skilled and knowledgeable - the personable, honest, and clear communication made my experience even better.

A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

I think Mr Sagar has got to the basis of my problem quickly.
