Tan explains things so clearly. He cheerfully explained the procedure, what might hurt afterwards and exactly what I needed to do to make a quick and full recovery. He was so generous with his time and even telephoned me the next day to explain what he found and ask how I was. He is excellent.

This is my second colonoscopy with Dr Seward and, as before, I felt complete confidence in him throughout. He explained what was going to happen, it happened painlessly and he told me what he had found. Dr Seward has an excellent bedside manner and is clearly a very experienced practitioner.

Excellent doctor, takes the time to have a conversation and answer questions, which is a rarity these days.

During the post procedure consultation Dr Fidler gave me time and listened well. She clearly explained the findings and my options moving forward. I found Dr Fidler to be empathetic, proactive, honest and helpful in advising me on how I can move forward with my health and manage my condition. I found communication with Dr Fidler easy and found her secretary Shereen to be very kind and helpful in our communications. I would highly recommend Dr Fidler and would be happy to seek out her expertise again should I need to.
