Reassuring and professional

Very pleasant manner and pre op explained everything he was doing very well but I had trouble understanding at my post op consultation at first, I was a little confused. But we got there in the end. Although I'd said my wounds had healed I would have liked him to check as it now looks as if I've got 2 bellybuttons and I wanted to run that by him as to why. Everything went very well and to plan. A very pleasant gentleman.

Mr Khan was a perfect gentleman and made me feel comfortable about the operation, which was carried out professionally with very neat incisions.
