I was really pleased with how my appointment went with Mr Tan to discuss a possible gall bladder removal. He really put my mind at ease and took my symptoms seriously. He answered all my questions and brought up things that I hadn't considered.

I found Mr Tan very professional and easy to understand his explanation of forthcoming treatment. He is a very pleasant and outgoing person and would recommend him to anyone facing the condition I had.

Mr Tan always has a friendly manner he is a credit to the NHS every time we have visited the hospital he has asked how you are feeling and he actually listens to what you have to say he has a lot empathy. From when we had our first meeting he explained everything in plain English what would happen and what to expect and we can’t thank him enough for his work as my husband is now cancer free due to his brilliant work

Every time I visit Doctor Benjamin he greets me with a lovely smile he makes me feel at ease. Doctor Tan explained and reassured me through my feelings and behaviours he understands my needs and is available to help and guide me with further issues outside my appointment.

Excellent, positive, constructive and above all very reassuriing. Mr Tan represents QE at its very best . In what was a very difficult period of my life I have never at any time felt anything other than being well cared for by a very professional team . Today’s visit met those same standards .
