Dr. Bulchandani was wonderfully kind and patient with me, especially considering my past trauma. It was one of the least traumatic appointments I've had in my adult life.

Mr Marshall was friendly, and clear about what was wrong and what needed doing. He explained the options of NHS treatment vs private. On the day of the operation he spent time with me and my wife before and after the operation, and we saw him again for a check-up four weeks later.
