So easy to talk ro, made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in

What a privilege it was to attend this clinic. I arrived anxious, blood pressure was high and from the outset staff were attentive and support putting me at ease. I opted for gas and air for the procedure and that was so the best option for me. The doctors and nurse were excellent the procedure caused minimal discomfort. The relaxed and jovial atmosphere made the whole process so much easier. My thanks to the consultant and his team 5 stars.

I honestly can’t rate the team highly enough. From the moment I arrived at the North Solihull Unit in Chelmsley Wood, everyone was polite, friendly and completely professional. The nurse who admitted me took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which immediately helped put me at ease. Once I was in the procedure room, the reassurance continued. The team talked me through each step, from administering the sedative to inserting the camera, so I always knew what was happening. That made a huge difference. I felt safe, respected and in very good hands throughout. I had been extremely nervous before the appointment, but in hindsight I truly had no reason to be. The care I received was excellent from start to finish, and I’m very grateful to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful experience so calm and straightforward. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

Best bedside manner I've experienced for many years

My visit with Mr Tayyab could not have been better. Everything was explained clearly and Mr Tayyab made me feel very comfortable. He is a credit to the NHS.

The doctor was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable. He had time to listen which was more than my own doctors. He explained thoroughly his thoughts on my problem and what he was prepared to investigate. I'm glad I made the decision to chose hi.m.

Outstanding service.Time then to explain recent test results a d their meaning. Explained my condition, prognosis and treatment options. He clearly explained the next steps and what I needed to think about. He was happy for me to go away a d think about my options and suggested a time for the next appointment.He also ki dly provided his secretary's contact details in case I had any questio s etc.Overall very pleased

Dr Tayyab is a real credit to his profession. He has a fantastic manner about him and he instills confidence. He takes time to listen and nothing seems too much trouble. Im a big fan.
