I was seen promptly by the consultant on most occasions, but had fo wait for more than 45 minutes on one occasion. I missed a follow up appointment as I was not contacted by the main office, either by phone or email. Other than that I was happy with the service.

I took the decision to have the cataracts removed from both eyes at the same time thereby reducing recovery time. It was an excellent decision - the care and professionalism provided by Clarity was excellent with clear and concise instructions. The administration of the necessary eye drops was all consuming for four weeks but well worth the effort. The difference in vision is quite astounding. Thank you Clarity.
After the first right eye cataract removal Mazen Tahhan gave me his telephone number and said to call him if I had a problem. I am a very keen insect photographer and found with the distance lens I could not see the camera screen clearly. I became worried about the impact on my ability to focus close up on insects. About 8 p.m. I sent him a text briefly outlining my concerns . He called me back immediately and listened carefully. I was even considering other options than the NHS lens and he kindly sent details of these. However he advised me to I stay with a close-up NHS lens to get as much light into the eye as possible. I followed his advice and am very pleased and very satisfied with the result. Sabina George

I had to wait for at least an hour to see the consultant for my follow up visit but that may not have been Clarity's fault.

From the moment I first arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. As the treatment progressed, the friendliness continued with the further use of very impressive analytical machinery each with a specific purpose. This was followed by a very informative chat with the the surgeon, Mr. Mazen Tahhan, who provided me with the information to aid my decision. The actual treatment followed a few days later and was completely painless. A week later, I was given a 100% success rating and an appointment for my second eye. This was a similar experience.

There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! I have asked for another ACCURATE letter I feel “ a look into “ your ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS should be immediately undertaken Angela said she would “ close my file “ , perhaps a shade early considering the happenings By the way your documentation quotes a 15 minute walk from Coventry Railway station to your Binley site …..,…… MORE LIKE AN HOUR ! Treatment and care provided was exceptional, especially as they knew how nervous I was about having cataracts removed and tri-focal lenses fitted, and in both eyes on the same day. I need not have worried at all, the procedure was fine and everyone was so nice to me.
