Very good as usual.

I had an excellent experience at Clarity Healthcare Coventry. From the initial appointment through to my cataract surgery, the entire team was professional, efficient and exceptionally supportive. The staff were friendly, well organised and kept me fully informed throughout the process. I particularly appreciated the smooth coordination and attention to detail, which made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. A very professional clinic with a genuinely caring approach to patient service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarity Healthcare Coventry.

It was very busy in the CHEC waiting room as a full day of NHS cataract surgery was in progress. As a private patient, my procedure was booked for late afternoon, which made it quite a long day for everyone involved. However the service I received from Clarity and CHEC staff was still excellent.

The consultant was one and a quarter hours over my appointment time with no explanation from the staff. I had to have 'refresher' drops put in as the delay was so long. Mr. Khan explained why he was so late but surely one of the staff sitting chatting behind the reception desk could have explained. We were just left sitting there. I was not the only one! The actual treatment took about 30 seconds and did not do all that I was expecting. On an earlier visit it was implied that the leakage of veins at the back of the eye and the cyst caused by that would be dealt with i.e. sealed at least, but no, that problem still has to be dealt with. £500 is a lot to pay for basic laser treatment, which has, incidentally been effective.
