A key theme across reviews highlights excellent outcomes for various hernia and gallbladder procedures.
The experience was entirely positive. In fact the entire experience from first consultation, the operation and post operation has been super professional and supportive. At the most recent visit (post operative) Mr Bhardwaj not only completed his clinical checks, but also took the time to answer my (somewhat detailed) questions and provide reassurance around the technical details of the operation and recovery. And it was clear that Mr Bhardwaj is keen to continuously improve the experience and technical details of the procedure. I left feeling very reassured.
All my consultants and operation with Mr Bhardwaj have been superb. He is amazingly friendly and down to earth. Great bedside manner and the whole experience has been perfect.
Excellent care. Answered all my questions and felt very reassured throughout the whole procedure.
Brilliant from start to finish and I would highly recommend Mr Bhardwaj. At the moment no issues
This doctor is good at what he does. However he does not seem to remember you from appointment to appointment, misremembers things and doesn’t address concerns fully. I found it very difficult to be assertive with this doctor as he was so dismissive.

Dear patient, I am sorry you had such an experience. This is completely against the ethos of my practice. Please contact me via my secretary and we can discuss your concerns in detail.
Mr Bharadwaj was very professional during pre and post surgery appointments. Very pleasant and explained everything in detail.
I saw Neil Bhardwaj for the removal of lipoma. At the initial consultation, he explained the process and procedure clearly, answering any questions that I had. He had an incredibly calm manner and reassuring manner, that I immediately felt at ease and knew that I was in good hands. The procedure went very well. His excellent bedside manner was evident when he came to see me after the operation and again at the post operation meeting a few weeks later. I would have no hesitation in using his services again should they be needed. And no hesitation in recommending him to others.
My daughter recently needed a gall bladder removal and with mr bhardwaj it was done quickly successfully and he completely put my daughters mind at rest as she was so anxious , we wouldn’t have got through it without mr bhardwaj , we can’t thank him enough
It is 10 out of 10. Mrs Pauline Lewis did a great job organizing the appointment in record short time. She has been helping me even after the visit. As for Dr Bhardwaj, not only did he do the usual examination: he went over and beyond to secure for me an appointment at Leicester General Hospital and making sure I can get my newly prescribed medicine on time. He has also arranged for an urgent appointment with a urologist colleague when he learned about my conditions. Whilst I hope I will never suffer from a similar illness in the future, If I did I would not hesitate to select Dr Bhardwaj and Ms Lewis from all the available BUPA options. Thanks You.
