All staff were helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere is calming, Everywhere is extremely clean and tidy. Overall my experience has been perfect and i couldn't wish for any better, Especially considering the taking on of LTC patients. Which i am one of. We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision.
